What is DankCave's return policy?
- If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery by emailing returns@dankcave.com with your order number and reason for return.
- DankCave will only accept returns of unused product within 14 days of delivery.
- Used product will not be return under any circumstance.
- All returns must have a RMA number prior to shipping.
- Returns will incur a 15% restocking fee.
- Returns in exchange for store credit will not incur a 15% restocking fee.
- Shipping charges and rush processing fees are non refundable.
- Once a return has been filed online and approved, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you.
What if an item arrived broken?
- If you receive an item broken, incorrect, or mislabeled, please file a claim by emailing returns@dankcave.com within 72 hours of delivery. Please include a few photos of the packaging and item, be sure to include your order number in the email.
- We will replace the broken item(s) with a functional unit at no additional cost.
- We may request that you send back the original broken item at no cost to you.

What happens if my package is returned to sender?
- If your package has been returned to sender due to an invalid address, you can choose to have it reshipped to an alternate or corrected address. Postage cost will not be covered.

How do I file a return or claim?
- If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you can file a return within 14 days of receiving your item by emailing returns@dankcave.com. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
- Damage item claims must be filed within 72 hours of receiving the item by emailing returns@dankcave.com. Please include your order number, a few photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Can I exchange my item?
- Yes, you have 14 days. Email us at support@dankcave.com, be sure to include your order number.
- Once the item has been returned and approved, a store credit will be applied to your DankCave account.
Can I return my used item?
- No, we do not accept returns on used items.
How long does it take for a refund to be issued?
- Once a refund has been approved and issued, please allow 3-5 business days for your bank to clear the funds.
