How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all USA orders over $25.
How long does shipping take?
We ship via USPS or FedEx, estimated delivery 2-5 business days.
Orders are fulfilled from our California warehouse.
How long until my order ships?
All orders placed before 2pm PST will ship out same day, Monday thru Friday.
Orders placed after 2pm PST will ship out the following business day.
Orders can be tracked by logging into your accounts page.
Do you offer international shipping?
We do not offer international shipping.
What if my item is damaged during shipping?
If your item is damaged during shipping or defective, DankCave will replace the item at no cost. Return postage paid.
Simply email DankCave at returns@dankcave.com within 72 hours of delivery with your order number, a few photos of the packaging and damaged item(s).
Please keep all original packaging.
Do you ship to a PO Box?
We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
